UpTarget Digital (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides digital marketing and virtual support services to clients (“you,” “your”). By using our website, purchasing a service, or engaging with our team, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Scope of Services

UpTarget Digital offers a range of services including:

  • Landing page creation
  • Social media advertising
  • Email marketing and automation
  • Concierge services
  • Admin support
  • Content creation
  • Social media management and assistance

Each service description provided on our website, service agreement, or invoice outlines what is included. Additional requests or work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver high-quality work, we require clients to: 

  • Provide accurate information, assets, and instructions 
  • Respond in a timely manner to communication and requests 
  • Review drafts, proofs, or deliverables within the requested timeline 
  • Supply necessary login details, brand materials, or access permissions 
  • Ensure all content provided is legally owned and free of copyright restrictions 

Delays in communication or approval may affect final delivery times. 

4. Project Timelines & Revisions

Estimated timelines are provided at the time of service. Timelines may vary based on: 

  • Client responsiveness 
  • Scope changes 
  • Availability of required materials 
  • Technical constraints 

Most services include 1–2 revision rounds unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may be billed at an hourly or fixed rate. 

5. Payments, Billing & Refund Policy

Payment terms depend on the type of service: 

  •  One-time services (e.g., landing pages) require full or partial upfront payment. 
  •  Monthly services (e.g., social media support) are billed on a recurring basis. 
  •  All fees must be paid on time to avoid delays or suspension of service. 

 Refund Policy 

 Due to the digital and time-based nature of our work, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds are not issued for: 

  •  Completed or partially completed work 
  •  Client delays 
  •  Failure to provide required materials 
  •  Change of mind 

6. Subscription or Monthly Service Terms

Monthly or recurring service plans: 

Renew automatically until cancelled 

Must be cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle 

May require a minimum commitment period, depending on the package 

 Failure to pay recurring fees may result in suspension or termination of service. 

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment: 

 You own the final deliverables created specifically for your business (e.g., graphics, copy, landing pages). 

 UpTarget Digital retains ownership of internal tools, templates, frameworks, and custom-coded elements used to create deliverables. 

 Drafts, mockups, and unused concepts remain our property. 

 We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you expressly request otherwise. 

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information, strategies, access details, and materials. All sensitive information shared with us will remain private and will not be disclosed without your permission, except when required by law.
